stakeholders to directly report unfair practices, unethical behavior, and other
misconduct by employees of
SM BRAND MARKETING Co., Ltd.

  • - We ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s personal information and the content of the report.
  • - The Cyber Reporting Center operates on the principle of a real-name reporting. Reports made for personal malicious intent, containing false information, or based on speculation will not be investigated
  • - Through valuable reports from whistleblowers, we are committed to promoting fair and transparent ethical management

Collection of Personal Information for Investigation Purposes

SM BRAND MARKETING Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “www.smbrandmarketing.com”) collects personal information as follows for the purpose of consulting and reporting on unfair business practices by employees or unreasonable demands using their positions:

1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
To notify the result of handling the report through the Cyber Reporting Center
2. Utilized Personal Information
Mandatory items: Name, email, mobile phone number, report details (type, content)
3. Retention and Usage Duration of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed within 6 months after achieving the purpose of collection and utilization.
4. Users can refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information as stated above. If consent is refused, reports can still be made anonymously without providing personal information. However, anonymous reports may have limitations in verifying facts and taking action based on the nature of the consultation or report.
5. Refer to the Company’s privacy policy for other matters.
